Charlotte brings over 15 years of accounting experience and has been a valued member of our team since starting as a graduate. She specialises in personal tax and business services, with a strong focus on SMEs and sole traders, including BAS preparation and ongoing compliance support. 

Her expertise includes capital gains tax (CGT) across a wide range of assets such as rental properties, share portfolios, vacant land, and cryptocurrency. Charlotte also provides strategic tax advice tailored to each client’s individual goals and circumstances.

 As a Client Manager, Charlotte is dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships and delivering practical, forward-thinking solutions. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she works closely with a diverse range of clients, offering clear, professional, and proactive support across all areas of tax and compliance.
