When booking your appointment please advise that it will be a telephone appointment and if possible please fax/email/post in your documents relating to the interview 24 hours prior, particularly if it is a tax return appointment. We will conduct the interview over the phone, data entering the information directly into our tax return software as we go. Once the return is complete, it will be emailed to you immediately for review and signature. For those clients without email access, the return will be posted or faxed out to you for review and signature
